SipsbySkyy charges by the hour, with a minimum booking time of 4 hours for Mood by Skyy™ and minimum time of 2 hours for the classic options

What is included in the hourly rate?

  • Professional bartending services

  • The physical mobile Bar

  • A curated Mood by Skyy™ Signature menu (custom drink names included) or Mimosa Bar menu or Beer and Wine menu

  • Personalized alcohol guide and supply list

  • Cocktail and mocktail options (when applicable)

  • Napkins, cups, juices, garnishes, etc (everything but the alcohol when applicable)

  • Intentional, guest focused service

How is the hourly rate determined?

This rate is for Mood by Skyy™ only. Hourly rate is determined based on our guest count tiers (Rate will be given after intake form is completed and reviewed)

  • Tier 0: Intimate Events- up to 15 guests

  • Tier 1: Small Gatherings- 16-25 guests

  • Tier 2: Medium sized Events- 26-40 guests

  • Tier 3: Larger Events- 41-50 guests

  • Tier 4: 50+ Guests- custom quote required (not currently offering)

Beer and/or Wine Pour Service Rate (stand alone)

  • Tier 0: (Intimate Events- up to 15 guests), $200 for 2 hours

  • Tier 1: (Small Gatherings- 16-25 guests), $275 for up to 3 hours

  • Tier 2: (Medium sized Events- 26-40 guests), $350 for up to 3 hours

  • Tier 3: (Larger Events- 41-50 guests), $350 for up to 3 hours

  • Tier 4: 50+ Guests- custom quote required (not currently offering)

  • Additional hour: $65 for each hour added

Mimosa Bar Rates (stand alone only)

Prices Highlighted in Red are for virgin Mimosas (if you want to mix the two, it is a custom quote)

  • Tier 0: (Intimate Events- up to 15 guests), $250 or $265 for 2 hours,

  • Tier 1: (Small Gatherings- 16-25 guests), $325 or $335 for up to 3 hours

  • Tier 2: (Medium sized Events- 26-40 guests), $400 or $415 for up to 3 hours

  • Tier 3: (Larger Events- 41-50 guests), $400 or $415 for up to 3 hours

  • Tier 4: 50+ Guests- custom quote required (not currently offering)

  • Additional hour: $75 for each hour added

Available Add-ons and Add-on Pricing (adds-on can or will be added and can or will be removed in future)

  • Additional Signature Drink: Adds one custom cocktail or mocktail to curated menu

    (price per additional drink) Tier 0: $30, Tier 1: $50, Tier 2: $65, Tier 3: $80, Tier 4: custom quote

  • Second Mood selection: Includes a second mood with 1-2 additional signature drinks

    Tier 0:$60, Tier 1: $95, Tier 2: $115, Tier 3: $135, Tier 4: custom quote

  • Luxury Garnishes: Elevated fruit, herbs, and visual garnishes (special requests may increase price)

    Tier 0: $35+ Tier 1: $65+, Tier 2: $80+, Tier 3: $95+, Tier 4: custom quote

  • Themed Bar Styling: Bar decor curated to match your event aesthetic (special requests may increase price)

    Simple decor: $50, Moderate decor: $75, Elevated decor: $100+

  • Hydration Station: 2-3 fruit-infused water options with styled setup (infusion examples: Cucumber mint, Strawberry lemon, citrus berry)

    Tier 0: $50, Tier 1: $70, Tier 2: $105, Tier 3: $125

  • Drink Server: Serves drinks directly to guests

    $25 per hour

  • Milage Add-on: SipsbySkyy includes travel within a 20-mile radius of your base location at no additional cost

    21-30 miles: $25 travel fee, 31-45 miles: $45 travel fee, 46-56 miles: $75 travel fee

  • Beer and/or Wine add-on (if not a stand alone service)

    Tier 0: $200 (2 hours), Tier 1: $275 (3 hours), Tier 2 and 3: $350 (3-4 hours), Additional hour: $65

  • Extra Juice option (For mimosa bar only)

    $15

  • Client provided glassware (no extra charge but does have stipulations)

    Client may provide their own glassware. SipsbySkyy will use provided glassware but is not responsible for breakage or cleaning beyond basic bar-area organization.
