Instead of choosing a preset package, you choose a Mood that reflects the energy of your event, and we bring it to life through custom drinks, styling, and service. Every Mood by Skyy™ experience includes up to 3 custom signature drinks, which may be cocktails, mocktails, or a combination of both. From your drink menu to the finishing touches at the bar, your experience is curated to complement your celebration.

Each menu is:

  • Inspired by your selected mood

  • Aligned with your event’s aesthetic or theme

  • Created specifically for your celebration (never pulled from a standard menu)

  • Available as cocktails and mocktails so every guest feels included

    Disclaimer: This is a dry hire service, meaning the client provides the alcohol while we provide the rest of the supplies that you need for a bar.

This intentional structure allows for smoother service, cohesive flavors, and a bar experience that feels polished rather than chaotic.

Complete Your Event Details Form

Once availability is confirmed, you’ll receive an Event Details Form where you can share your estimated guest count, desired service, drink preferences, Mood selection, and any enhancements you’re interested in.

Available moods include but are not limited to:

Secure Your Date

Ready to move forward? Your event date is officially secured once your service agreement is signed and your 50% non-refundable booking fee is received.

Receive Your Personal Quote

After reviewing your event details, we’ll create a personalized quote based on your guest count, service selection, event needs, and requested enhancements.

Step 4

Finalize Your Experience

Once booked, we’ll finalize your signature drink menu, event details, and any selected enhancements. Before your event, we’ll confirm your final guest count, setup details, and client-provided alcohol when applicable.
